SECOND TERM

In the first term we learned tips about photography and how to improve our photos. In this second term, we will learn how to record videos and we will make our own recording and films. I hope this term will be as entertaining as the first one or even more. I also want to continue improving my English while having a good time.

End Of The First Term

We have already finished the first term and I will do an evaluation about it. I really like this subject because I had a great time and it filled most of my expectations.
I loved the lessons we had about the gestalt theory because all the visual effects were really funny and interesting. I also liked the photographer's tips because I think they can be really useful in my everyday life.
Thinking about the next term I would love to learn more about computers and using different programs...

Ouka Leele

After watching a few videos about photography we were asked to do a presentation about a famous photographer. This is the presentation I did with my friend Martin and it is about the spanish artist and photographer Ouka Leele.

My favourite photo of the presentation is the one I took to my dog. As nobody wanted to appear in our presentation I took a photo to my dog Xira. I tried to make it as colorful as I could using the colorful bed and the yellow wall. It has also a big contrast between the colorful background and the black dog which also makes contrast with the white teddy bear. I also tried to imitate Ouka Leele's style putting the teddy bear on top of my dog's head.

Photographer´s Tips

We have read and listen to different photographers (an Indian photographer and an Australian photographer) talking and teaching how to improve our photos. Here there are some photos I took following their tips:

Lettering

Lettering is the art of writing with different types of letter designs. It's quite useful in order to attract people so it is usually used for marketing. In fact many companies have their own typography which are known around the world. Such as:

European Day Of Languages

I think that the European Day of Languages is a great idea because you are able to learn, discover... a lot about different languages and that is also really helpful for little languages.
For our class I think that making a video would be a great idea. We can record different students who can speak different languages and ask them to say a pair of sentences in their languages.
I think that we could also organise some simple games just to have fun and learn something new by the way. If we include any type of reward game we will get more participants.

Radio programme

After having some lessons and work to do about audio we are going to do a new work. This time, we were asked to do a radio programme. We hav...
